This item is an official hand puppet plush toy of Lady Alcina Dimitrescu, the iconic character from the game, Resident Evil Village. This was from the Biohazard Puppet Plush collection, released only in Japan in select Capcom game centers. These were based off the Play in Bio Village marketing campaign puppet shorts, called BIOHAZARD Village x Puppet Show.
