The journals measure roughly 6x6 on the outside. I used a variety of paper for these little junk journals. I used 10 pieces of paper but because they folded and bound down the middle it equals 40 fronts and backs. I used book pages, music pages, dictionary pages, pages from an impressionist painter book and cardstock. They all vary in size. I bound (hand stitched) these myself with waxed thread.
