The tank does need a cleaning. I do not have a key for the gas cap so cannot see inside, but we will drill out the gas cap and remove it prior to fulfillment. We will clean the inside of the tank to the ultimate of our ability prior to shipping. We do have other parts available. The motor has already sold.S37
